Recently Microsoft Released a Save As PDF Or XPS Add-In/Plugin for Office 2007, for those who like to publish the office documents in PDF and XPS. You can download your copy of add-in from here. This plugin allows you to save any kind of document in PDF or XPS format, either it might be your worksheet in excel or your resume or your daily reports.
The add-in works with all the Microsoft office programs There is a one click button in the file menu with name "Publish As PDF" to save or convert the documents in PDF and xps format as shown in the below screen.

Moreover, if your converted pdf documents are of large size, then you can optimize and reduce the your pdf documents. Check my Previous Post on how to reduce the pdf file size.
